Ami Rosenblat, CEO

Ami Rosenblat, CEO

Ami brings to HRVision 25 years of managerial and sales experience in the international software industry. Prior to joining the Company, he served as CEO of Red Bend Software, a developer of a unique solution addressing the challenges of over-the-web software deployment. Before that, he served as executive VP at Viryanet, a leading workforce management software vendor, where he helped take the company from its infant stages to an IPO on Nasdaq (VRYA). Ami has a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University in Tel Aviv.

Emmanuel Cohen, Co–founder and VP Research

Emmanuel brings to HRVision nearly 20 years’ experience in intelligence gathering, investigations and testing. Prior to co-founding HRVision, he served as an intelligence officer for the Israel Defense Forces. He is a certified polygraph operator and a member of the American Polygraph Association. Emmanuel is a graduate of Physics and Computer Science at Bar-Ilan University.

Shmuel Cohen, Co–founder and VP R&D

Shmuel (Muli) Cohen brings to HRVision 20 years of experience in software development at several major Israeli firms. Shmuel has a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Medical Science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Shoshi Surkis, Chief Psychologist

Shoshi is the chief psychologist of HRVision and is responsible for the development of evaluation and testing tools along with implementing and tailoring the HRVision solution for HRVision's worldwide clients. Shoshi brings to HRVision 20 years of experience in occupational assessment and consulting. Prior to joining the company, Shoshi held the position of occupational psychologist at Hadassah Institute of Consulting and at Pilat Ltd., where she also served as director of the Jerusalem office. In theses positions she provided assessment solutions, vocational guidance and organizational consulting to leading companies. Shoshi holds a BA degree in Psychology and Sociology, and an MA degree in Social Psychology, both with honors from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Sandy Erez, Director of Marketing and Business Development

Approximately 20 years in the software and communication industry segments Sandy Erez brings rich international marketing and sales experience to HRVision. Having held various sales and marketing management positions in top firms as Gamatronic, NDS and Marconi, Sandy offers the HRVision team an accrued knowledge in business development, international sales and marketing strategy. Sandy has a BA in History from Harpur University at Binghampton New York.
